Stabilised a fragmented D2C architecture and established integration governance ahead of mission-critical global launches.
Brought in as interim technical leadership to audit, remediate, and stabilise a complex ecosystem of legacy CMS and SaaS platforms. Mapped data flows across the estate, resolved critical latency issues, and designed a unified target architecture. Designed and executed an on-premise AI strategy — GPU clusters, vector databases, open-source LLMs — meeting strict ISO 27001 requirements without exposing data to public cloud. Delivered three production AI systems, including a Legal RAG platform that reduced document review time by 40% and an agentic support layer that reduced demand by 30%. Led global engineering to establish the reliability and DevSecOps strategy for a platform delivering live sport at scale. Scaled engineering teams across multiple regions, reducing the hotfix rate by 50%, and aligned the technical roadmap directly to commercial outcomes including major subscription and broadcast partnership wins.
